2016 Chardonnay

Description

This is a “Cab lover’s” Chardonnay. It’s bold, full-bodied, flavorful, and always elicits a response. It is fruit-driven, but the rich and creamy mouthfeel is unmistakably influenced by the long barrel-aging regime.

• 100% Estate grown Chardonnay
• 100% Malolactic fermentation
• 100% Barrel fermented in 80% new French Oak barrels.
• Aged 15 months sur-lie.
